This is a very cute transfer from an unmarked mail order company in the 1950s. I think it is most likely from Anne Cabot based on the style on the instruction sheet. So this transfer has darling collection of dutch kids and a dutch clog with flower in it. There is a boy fishing motif, a girl floating in a shoe boat and a cute clog shoe with flowers in it. This transfer is uncut and unused. It is printed in silver ink which shows up great on dark fabrics. There is a tiny pinhole in the instruction sheet where the folds all come together.
