Sure is a nifty transfer! It is a Betty Burton Transfer which was sold through Sears.  This is a wonderful embroidery transfers with a mix of motifs in outline and cross stitch.  The star of this transfer is the 3 bonnet gals that are sized for tea towels.  There are also flourishes for guest or hand towels and a large long motif that is perfect for the end of a pillowcase

Wonderful design and a lovely look at sewing history... It is super addition to any pattern collection.
